Vince Kelley is responsible for the day to day management of both the Philadelphia and Marcus Hook refineries with over 500,000 barrels a day of crude oil capacity. He joined Sunoco in September 2000 as manager of the Philadelphia Refinery and was named vice president, Northeast Refining March 2001. Prior to joining Sunoco, Kelley was with ExxonMobil where he held a number of operations, maintenance and technical positions at the Paulsboro, NJ and Torrance CA refineries, and was responsible for global environmental remediation projects within Mobil and later ExxonMobil. Kelley received both a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 and a Masters Degree in Engineering Management in 1986 from Drexel University. Born November 15, 1959, Kelley and his wife Michele, their three sons, Vincent, Matthew and Michael live in Newtown Square, PA. Paul Brochu, V.P./General Manager of the Paulsboro Refinery is a Chemical Engineer with 24 years of technical, planning and business industry experience. After being graduated from Texas Tech University, Paul began his career as a process engineer with Exxon Chemicals at the Baytown, Texas complex. From there he moved to Chevron where he spent the majority of his career in various plant and corporate assignments. At Chevron he began as a Process Engineer and worked his way up through the ranks including serving as a Refinery Planner, Complex Manager, and Engineering Director, before taking a position as Vice President of Operations and Maintenance for a chemical refinery in Channelview, Texas. Paul then spent four years in the consulting business serving as an analyst and strategist in assignments with numerous international as well as domestic refining companies. Paul joined Valero in early 1998 working in the corporate office for the first three years in planning and business development roles before moving on to his current position at the Paulsboro refinery. In addition to his responsibilities at
the refinery, Mr. Brochu currently serves as Campaign Co-Chair and Executive
Board member for the United Way of Gloucester County, and as Board member of the
Southern New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Gloucester County College
Foundation. |
